Before founding Masterminds, Shamail held senior roles inglobal institutions including Goldman Sachs and Booz & Company,where he developed expertise in strategy, systems thinking, and long-term valuecreation. The birth of his daughter marked a pivotal moment in his life andcareer. As he explored traditional education pathways, he became increasinglyconvinced that prevailing models were not aligned with the cognitive,emotional, and developmental needs of children growing up in a rapidly changingworld. This realization sparked years of intensive research into neuroscience,child development, and elite educational models across the United States andEurope.

Founded in Dubai in 2016, Masterminds Education wasbuilt around a simple but powerful idea: intelligence, physical capability, andemotional resilience can be systematically developed when education is alignedwith how the brain actually learns.
